is a brand of house designing and construction created as a signature to its
unique style of architectural designs and construction delivery.
We accommodate Architects, Building technologists, Civil engineers, Mechanic and Electric
engineers, Surveyors and geologists, interior and exterior designers and decorators and other professionals
involved in the building industry that see to the completion of building projects being deliver.
We believe in policies and terms which is why we are mean for business in as much as building
design and construction is concern for projects to be delivered respectively.
INTERMS OF HOUSE DESIGNING
Before we commence an Architectural design for a building project, at least 70% advance
payment must be made from agreed price between the client and ENOZ HOUSE DESIGNS.
Before we hand over the complete Architectural working drawing document, we must receive the
remaining 30% of the bargained price as agreed by the client and ENOZ HOUSE DESIGNS.
Correction or amendment of designs after delivery of designs attracts a pay for such correction or
amendment of design which will be based on a bargained agreed price between the client and ENOZ
HOUSE DESIGNS.
Complete architectural design working drawing coming from ENOZ HOUSE DESIGNS must
contain the engineering drawings starting from the structural drawing, electrical drawing and mechanical
drawings. All engineering drawings must not be produced, but the structural drawing is not optional and cannot be ignored.
Any Architectural design produced by ENOZ HOUSE DESIGNS that must undergo construction
under us must be well approved properly by government.
INTERMS OF HOUSE CONSTRUCTION
Building materials must be recommended and provided by ENOZ HOUSE DESIGNS as stated
on the bill of quantity provided by ENOZ HOUSE DESIGNS quantity surveyor to ensure that quality
materials must be used to erect a structure
All supervision of building project contract awarded to ENOZ HOUSE DESIGNS must be well
supervised by ENOZ HOUSE DESIGNS, all laborers must come from ENOZ HOUSE DESIGNS. No
third party is allowed to supervise a in a site where we are carrying out the house construction project.
Construction projects awarded to ENOZ HOUSE DESIGNS by clients must be completed by
ENOZ HOUSE DESIGNS.
All payments slated for laborers and supervision of projects must be paid inti the Enoz House
Designs cooperate bank account before we commence work.
At least 80% of building materials must be provided before commencement of building projects
INTERMS OF PROJECT PARTNERSHIP
House designs and construction partnership from another brand or an individual with ENOZ
HOUSE DESIGNS must award 40% of the profit to ENOZ HOUSE DESIGNS after project being executed.
Complete payment must be made to ENOZ HOUSE DESIGNS before commencement of project
